Our furniture and products have a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery and only manufacturing defects are covered. The warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, knocks, use of chemicals, improper use, normal wear and tear, as well as alterations to the product and its components caused by climatic or environmental conditions. Due to the nature of the manufacturing materials, there may be slight variations in shades, both in the wood and the fabric, with respect to the model displayed and between production batches. Knots and grains are not considered a manufacturing defect since they are a natural and inherent part of the wood's constitution. Shipping is included within CDMX on purchases over $20,000.00. For national and international deliveries, at the customer's request, a quote from the courier provider will be provided. Delivery time will be agreed upon once payment is received. (10/12 Weeks Approx.). If you are not willing to receive the furniture on the agreed delivery date, 5% of the total order will be charged for storage for the first 10 days; After completing the first 10 days, 8% per month will be charged for storage of the products. Payment is considered confirmation of the order, even if this is not signed. The cancellation charge is 50% of the total quote without VAT. The quote does not include storage, assembly or shipping costs.
